We lucked into finding Claire and her husband Bud on line when looking at land and houses to buy in the mountains west of Denver (they are both developers in addition to her doing real estate). Incredibly knowledgeable about the area, both of them work with Jefferson County Land Board and know in intimate detail issues concerning water rights, land use options, and the market in general. Claire helped us find and negotiate on a mountain home property which we closed on in December 2015, and she was utterly outstanding. She was on top of all the details, answered emails and calls quickly (and often on weekends. .). . Could not have asked for a better or more knowledgable or responsive realtor. And she and Bud are great people to boot. Finally, Claire has helped us find top notch contractors to renovate the place – just inspected today our refinished hardwood floors by a guy she recommended (Noah) and the work was outstanding and more than reasonable in cost. Claire provided 5-star service and expertise across the board. We couldn’t recommend her more highly.
