K.C. is one of the most impressive business professionals I have ever worked with. I have worked in med device sales for a decade and have been around some of the best of the best sales people. A few things that have always stood out to me in 5 star sales people is their acumen, “tribal” knowledge, responsiveness, and grit. The best sales people will also challenge your assumptions and help you think of things that maybe you hadn’t. KC embodies these characteristics to his core. I worked with KC buying my first home in Conifer, CO. We closed in October 2022. The closing process was stressful and dramatic as you could imagine. I think we had at least 7 amendments to extend. Very difficult sellers who were emotionally attached to their home and didn’t want to sell (understandably). Everything that could have gone wrong, did. And KC was not only with us every step of the way, he was the captain of the ship and he got us home across the finish line. KC probably put close to 100 hours of his time on this deal. He was always the first to reach out with an update, most days as early as 5 AM. Can’t stress that enough. He is high touch, super responsive, and always proactive. I never had to remind KC of anything, not once. He treats you like you’re the President! KC exemplifies leadership and that is an incredibly important quality when you’re consulting with people who are often making the biggest purchase decision of their lives like I was. I am simply amazed by KC’s grit and willingness to keep going and keep pushing to get a deal done. And his calm resolve during the process. Even when we felt ready to give up. At the end of the day, KC was able to negotiate $10,000 off list price and $50,000 into an escrow holdback from the seller’s proceeds for construction of a new Well for our house in Conifer off Richmond Hill corridor. We wouldn’t even had known about the dry well if it weren’t for him advising us to pick the right mountain specific inspector. We were totally ignorant to the specifics of mountain homes but KC was a good advisor. KC had some great ideas too when writing the contract that really protected our investment. In the 11th hour the lender/title company wanted to pull out of the deal due to the complicated nature of the escrow agreement and KC was able to get a new title company onboard within the same day and we ended up closing on time. I could go on and on about the trials and tribulations. But I share this amount of detail because this is why you hire an agent like KC. Anyone can help you close an easy deal. But when things don’t go to plan, you need someone like KC on your side to help. All of this aside, KC is just an all around great guy and we just really enjoyed working with him. Can’t thank you enough for all of your hard work.
