Claire has been absolutely wonderful to work with! She found me an absolute gem of a cabin (which wasn’t even listed at the time) in the mountains. She is responsive and listens well to needs/desires of her clients. She’s patient and works hard to stay on top of all the paperwork involved with the sale/purchase of homes. Her reminders to sign, coordinate, transfer, review and schedule the necessary paperwork, inspections, utilities, titles, etc. were much appreciated as there are so many dates to keep track of when purchasing a home. She provided me local referrals for insurance, inspections, locksmiths, water quality testing, etc which was quite helpful given this area is new to me–all of which have been fabulous to work with! Her integrity, knowledge and respect for her clients and the real estate business is outstanding. I highly recommend working with Claire for all your real estate needs in the Denver front range!
